LIBERACE (1919-1987). Walter Wladziu Valentino, flamboyant American pianist of Polish and Italian descent. Popularly known as “Mr. Showmanship”, he was at one time the highest paid entertainer in Las Vegas. He had a long-running television show and starred in a few films.
