Chief High Eagle. One of the Ogallala Sioux Warriors of “Custer’s Last Stand.” High Eagle was one of Sitting Bull’s scouts for the Battle of the Little Big Horn.

Very Rare Photograph Signed, showing a postcard sized color photograph (5.5 x 3.5 in.) of the survivors of the battle at Custer State Park, Black Hills, South Dakota, during the summer of 1948. High Eagle has signed in pencil with a pictograph.

One of the very last survivors of the Little Big Horn, this piece is in exceptional condition and ideal for framing. True Western Americana.
